Policy

DA Carnival Hub is a curated beauty experience designed to provide a seamless, elevated start to your Carnival day. To ensure the highest level of service for all guests, we kindly ask that all policies below are reviewed prior to booking.

Appointment Policy:‍ ‍

  • All services are strictly by appointment.

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    • Appointments are scheduled in timed slots (1 hour 10 minutes). A 20-minute grace period is permitted.

    • Arriving beyond the grace period may result in reduced service time or cancellation to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

  • Clients are required to book their makeup appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot. We do not usually operate on a walk-in module, unless an artist requests it or ( isn’t booked)

  • An authorized debt to collect all balances will be permitted upon booking choosing the 50% deposit option.

  • Please come to the appointment with a clean face to ensure the best results.

  • We kindly ask clients to communicate any specific makeup preferences or allergies before the appointment.

  • To maintain the exclusivity of the environment, we kindly request that guests do not accompany you to your makeup appointment.

Cancellation Policy:‍ ‍

  • • All payments made are non-refundable.

    • Appointments may be transferred to another individual. The Hub must be notified in advance to update booking details.

    • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Late Policy:‍ ‍

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, to ensure you receive the full experience.

  • If you are running late, contact us on Instagram messages @dacarnivalhub or email dacarnivalhub@gmail.com

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and cancelled. However, our artists may choose to accommodate you at their discretion. In most cases, you will automatically be waited till the last client to avoid inconveniencing previously booked clients.

  • Please note that a late fee of $20USD/$55XCD will be applied if you arrive late, and this must be paid upon check-in before services can be rendered.

Refund Policy:‍ ‍

  • Due to this personalized experience we are curating for you, all bookings are non-refundable.

DA Carnival Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. By attending, guests acknowledge that photo and video content may be captured for promotional and marketing purposes.
